    2. Verify the source’s price and availability
    3. Offer you an exclusive price that doesn’t just match, but beats the competitive price

    (Most requests are reviewed within the same working day, depending on time submitted)

    Conditions

    To qualify:

    • Sourced product must be the same specification as the Fairline product it is compared with
    • Source must be a UK-based online retailer
    • Item must be in stock and available for next working day delivery.
    • Price must be publicly advertised and verifiable
    • Price comparisons must be made with the same VAT inclusions/ exclusions
    Exclusions

    Fairline may decline to beat:

    • Marketplace sellers (e.g. Amazon/eBay third-party listings)
    • Clearance, liquidation, or closing-down sales
    • Discount codes, bundle offers, or member-only/ trade account pricing (If you are a trade account/ FDL Gold customer, please contact the sales team to enquire)
    • Pricing errors or misprints
    • Brand specific products may only be compared to same brand products

    How will I receive my Price Beat offer?

    Once your claim has been reviewed an confirmed by our team, we will email you a coupon to be used for the product in question. Simply add your coupon code when checking out and your offer will be applied. Alternatively, you can call our sales team and quote the discount code when ordering.

    How long will my claim take?

    Not long! As soon as you place your claim, our team will review it and make a prompt decision within the hour. We will notify you as soon as the review is completed.

    Does product specification matter?

    Yes, the product in your claim MUST be of the same specification as your sourced item. This includes all properties and attributes such as length, colour, version, capabilities and functions. Product branding is a included when referring to any high-value KVM, AV or specific brand extender or switch.
